Our Subcontractors

Generally, the Souza Group works as the primary contractor, meaning the front line of foreclosure, foreclosure education and contracts. Contracting many HUD homes and Bank-Owned Properties to licensed sales and marketing brokerage firms, allows our close relations with our many subcontractors. This process allows for the completion of smooth and successful transactions for our clients. Our network of Closing Agents, Banks, Lenders, Inspectors, Property Managers, Land Managers and Real Estate Brokers allow our clients the best possible services. We work only with the experts in their field. We always welcome new subcontractors to work with us, as our consultants become increasingly busy.
