REO Packages

An REO Package allows an investor to purchase a bulk of foreclosed property directly from the banks and lenders. The property package can be made up of single family homes, condos, or lots of land.

This type of investment is for the experienced investors only. The Minimum portfolio that can be purchased is a $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. This purchase offers a significant discount in purchase price of each individual property.

Property assets come from 50 of the top financial institutions in the US. A very small window is allowed to lock in the wholesale purchase. During this window, the purchaser must be able to provide proof of funds and a letter of intent to purchase bulk property. The investor is usually given a short period of time to review the package presented by the bank, anywhere from a period of 3 to 10 days, depending on which bank we are working with. The investor must be able to move fast, as many other investors are waiting to purchase without hesitation.

Remember, the due diligence period may be a short period of time, but because the bulk package is offered at such a serious discount, it is in high demand.
